This incense is from a small batch of very resinous soil wood from Merauke that I procured earlier this year. The scent profile is quite unique and stands out from the other aloeswood materials on offer. The aroma is very deep and animalic with bitter wood and mossy notes intermingling with sweet resin and soft florals. Extruded in a smaller diameter for a better burn rate and while this stick has enough intensity to fill a large space, you would be missing out if you don’t listen closely.
